First Congregational United Church of Christ, Boulder, is looking for Childcare Coordinator to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers as a way to form their faith, foster community, and support their parents. Job responsibilities include supervising the toddler room on Sunday mornings from 8:15 am to 11:45 am and for additional events with prior notice, maintaining a safe clean, and welcoming environment for children, and collaborating with the Minister of Faith Formation to coordinate volunteers and curriculum for the toddler, preschool, and kindergarten classrooms. Compensation is $22 to $25 an hour, depending on experience.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

● Early childhood training and experience.

● CPR and Basic First Aid Certification

● Awareness of licensing regulations for early childhood childcare.

● Ability to provide emotional support to young children and parents.

● An understanding of child development and appreciation for the spiritual development of young children.
